Blood type diet plan
This is a bit controversial, and I am perfectly aware of the fact that the theory is considered pseudoscientific, but I would still like to discuss it here. What is a blood type diet plan? Well, according to these plans, each person should consume food that will provide best health benefits for him or her. Let"s look at the matter chronologically. The O type allegedly appeared as early as 30,000 years ago. People with this group type are called ‘hunters" and their diet ought to include large quantities of meat, which they have no problems absorbing. Group A, on the other hand, appeared much later, 20,000 years ago, when our ancestors started growing their own crops. That"s why it"s called the ‘cultivator" group. People with this type should be on a vegetarian or semi-vegetarian diet. They might have problems digesting animal protein. Group B is a relatively ne blood type, and it probably appeared 10,000 years ago. People with this blood type, the ‘nomads", are known to have strong immune systems and healthy digestive tracks which allow them to digest dairy very well. They are like a combination of the two previously mentioned types. Finally, the last blood type, AB, appeared only a thousand years ago. It"s something between A and B blood type. I guess each of us might now look at his or her own diet plan and see if the theory makes any sense.
